Now Offering Telehealth Visits

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to evolve, the safety of our patients and staff is paramount to us. Now more than ever, offering the option of telehealth visits for our patients and community members is important to providing a continuation of exceptional care.

Our Telehealth program offers a convenient access to telephone and video visits for new and existing patients - at home, in the office or while away from home. Experience an online or phone appointment with your provider via smartphone, tablet or computer.

TELEPHONE VISIT

Speak with your doctor conveniently, without traveling to their office. This offering is for new or existing patients.

E-VISIT

Schedule a non face-to-face visit with your provider with an E-Visit - where you can message with your provider, ask questions and get answers right through your MyChart account.

Video Visit - Technology Requirements
For the best experience, use the video conferencing software on your mobile device or computer. Supported devices include:

  • IOS Devices (iPhone or iPad)
  • Android Devices (Phone or tablet)
  • Laptop or desktop with a microphone and web camera

Video Visit - Important Information

  • For a successful visit, you must have an internet or Wi-Fi connection and be in a private, well-lit room.
  • We recommend signing into the video conferencing software ahead of your visit and/or 15 minutes prior to your visit to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Please contact your provider’s office to cancel or re-schedule your video visit.

Easily access your medical records through your Apple or Android device by downloading the MyChart app - now also accessible through the Apple Health app on your iPhone.

What are the benefits of a Telehealth Appointment?
Our telehealth appointments offer a convenient and safe replacement to an in-office visit. From the comfort of home your provider can offer you the same great care, minus any potential exposure to viruses and illnesses in the waiting room or in your travels.

What types of visits can I schedule?
This option is available to new and existing patients for all our Primary care and Specialty Services, including Women’s Health, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and more. Not every medical issue is appropriate for a telehealth appointment. Call your provider’s office to determine if it will work for you.

Will my insurance cover a Telehealth Visit?
Doctor visits by phone or video for new and established patients are now covered by most insurance for primary care and multiple specialties.
