Rafik Elsabrout, M.D. – General Surgery
Dr. Elsabrout earned his master’s degree in surgery, as well as his doctorate degree in surgery, from Cairo University in Egypt. Dr. Elsabrout is also an educator, having taught as an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at both New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, and Cairo University.
Dr. Elsabrout is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, United Kingdom. He is also a Member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
His list of memberships and committee appointments include: the Physician Advisory Committee at Westchester Medical Center; the Kidney Pancreas subcommittee of the New York Organ Donor Network; American Society of Transplant Surgeons; International Pediatric Transplantation Association; Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons; The Surgical Society of The New York Medical College and American Society of Transplantation.
Kasmin Kazbay, M.D.– Gastroenterology
Kasim Kazbay, MD, is Board-certified in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He earned his medical degree from Ege University Medical School in Izmir, Turkey and his Ph.D in Microbiology and immunology from Mount Sinai Medical School in New York, NY.
Dr. Kazbay completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at New York University and a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Eric L. Martin, M.D., FAAOS, FAAHKS – Orthopedic Surgery
Eric L. Martin, M.D. is board certified in orthopedics by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons is also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is a member of the New York State PBA Surgeons, American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, American Medical Association, New York State Orthopaedic Society, Orange County Medical Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Martin earned his medical degree from New York University, completed both his general surgery internship and his residency at Stony Brook University in addition to his reconstructive joint surgery fellowship from Rush University/St. Luke’s Medical Center & Central DuPage Hospital in Chicago, Ill. He has held academic appointments as clinical assistant professor at New York University/Hospital for Joint Diseases, Stony Brook University and Touro Medical College in Middletown, N.Y. Dr. Martin is recognized as a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly in 2018.
Maribeth Carletta, P.A.
Maribeth Carletta, P.A. is a Board-certified licensed Physician Assistant with over 18 years of experience. She completed her Physician Assistant program at Stony Brook University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Manhattan College. Ms. Carletta works under the supervision of Dr. Gerard Galarneau.
