Welcome – Patient Information Guide
As a patient of Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC), you can count on our compassionate staff, who tends attentively to patients and their families. If this is your first time being admitted to our hospital, you may be wondering what to expect during your visit, what accommodations we provide, and what your rights are as a patient.
From your admission, to your discharge, please review the following information to prepare you for your visit. Should you have any question, contact us at 845-794-3300.
Your Admission to the Hospital
Your registration will be faster and easier if you bring information with you when you come to CRMC. If you are admitted, you may wish to have your own clothes. Here are things you may need:
- Identification cards
- Papers that show what insurance you have
- A list of all the prescription and non-prescription medications you are taking
- The name and phone number of a relative or friend to contact in an emergency
- A robe, slippers, pajamas or nightgown, eyeglasses and the toiletries that you need. Please be aware that the hospital is not responsible for any personal belongings you bring.
If you have been admitted to Catskill Regional Medical Center before, we have your medical records on file. If you have not been here before, please bring the name and telephone number of your doctor so we can get your records easily.
During Your Stay at CRMC
Dining and Meals
For patients and visitors, we offer a variety of hot and cold breakfast, lunch and dinner choices, as well as snacks and hot and cold beverages. Learn more >>

Lost and Found
If you lose or find something, please call our Security Department at 845-794-3300 ext. 2711.
