Our Comprehensive Approach to Diabetes Treatment in Sullivan County
Diabetes is a disease that affects many people in Sullivan County. However, diabetes is not a single disorder. Many of our patients often suffer from other medical issues including high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and poor nutrition. In order for Catskill Regional Medical Center to truly improve overall health of our community, it is necessary to focus on the entire patient and not just one medical condition.
Our comprehensive program focused on diabetes control, primary and preventative care, nutrition and weight management. This program will help improve total body wellness as well. The success for our patients will be through the efforts of our impressive medical team. This team has served those with Diabetes in our community for years. However, as a comprehensive program, it will assist in improving overall health as well as glucose control.
