The Catskill Regional Medical Center Blood Bank is accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB). The Blood Bank offers blood typing, antibody screening, crossmatch, titer and prenatal services.

CRMC sponsors a monthly donor drive in conjunction with the American Red Cross. CRMC's donor recruitment efforts have received national recognition.

Catskill Regional Medical Center and the American Red Cross have joined together to sponsor regular monthly blood drives at CRMC.
