CATSKILL REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER WELCOMES NEW BOARD MEMBERS - 02/19/2010

February 19, 2010 - Harris, N.Y. - Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors. Dr. Barbara Hackett Blakey is Assistant Superintendent for Instructional Support at Sullivan County BOCES. Dr. Blakey has been an Educator in Sullivan County since 1983 and is an active member of the Liberty Rotary and Communities that Care. She is a former Village of Liberty Trustee and Liberty Planning Board Member. Dr. Jeffrey Gray was recently named President of CRMC's Medical Executive Committee, which has oversight of the medical staff departmental and committee activities. Dr. Gray is affiliated with the Crystal Run Healthcare Group and joined the Medical Executive Committee in 2007. He is currently a member of the attending medical staff, Department of Medicine with privileges in Internal Medicine. Mr. Andrew Pavloff is a Partner in the Accounting Firm of Knack, Pavloff & Company with offices in Monticello and Middletown, N.Y. Pavloff became a New York Certified Public Accountant in 1982 and has 29 years of diversified experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and consulting. He currently serves as Director and Secretary of the Cooperative Federal Credit Union, is a member of the United Way of Orange County Board of Directors and a member of the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan Counties Board of Directors. Mr. Michael Waschitz is a Partner with the Accounting Firm of Bachrach, Waschitz & Waschitz in Monticello, N.Y., and has been with the firm since 1973. Waschitz has been a New York Certified Public Accountant since 1972. He is responsible for client accounting, system implementation and staff training, and is in charge of the firm's in-house continuing education programs. Waschitz is Past President of the Monticello Lions Club and was a United States Army Reservist from 1969 to 1975.
