September 21, 2012 – Harris, N.Y. – Catskill Regional Medical Center’s (CRMC) Grover M. Hermann Auxiliary Member Marie Zalesky turned 105 years old on Thursday, September 20, and a celebration was held at Grover M. Hermann hospital on Friday, September 21 to mark the monumental occasion.

Zalesky has been an Auxiliary Member since the hospital opened in 1971, and is still active as a member and volunteers her time every Wednesday at Grover M. Hermann Hospital in Callicoon.

The Auxiliary was established in 1971 to promote the Grover M. Hermann Hospital and community relations. Through fundraising, the Auxiliary enhances patient care by purchasing equipment and/or items that affect patient comfort and well-being.
