April 30, 2012 - Harris, N.Y. – Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is pleased to name Darrell Supak as Chair of its Board of Directors, and Joseph Loughlin as Vice Chair. Gerald Skoda, former Board Chair, recently completed his term, but will remain an active member of the Board.
Gerald Skoda has served on the Board of CRMC since 2005, and was the Board Chair since 2006. Additionally, he has been a member of the CRMC Executive, Finance, Strategic Planning and Governance Committees. Most recently, Skoda served as Chair for CRMC’s CEO Search Committee at the Board level. He also sits on the Greater Hudson Valley Health System Board of Directors, and will remain an active member.
Darrell Supak has been a member of the Greater Hudson Valley Health System Board of Directors and CRMC Board of Directors since 2006. Supak is Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff for Granite Associates, LP. He serves on the Board of the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor and is Chairman of the Archdiocesan Pastoral Council for the Archdiocese of New York. Supak is a retired U.S. Army Colonel.
Joseph Loughlin joined the Greater Hudson Valley Health System Board of Directors this year, and has been a member of the CRMC Board of Directors since 2007. Loughlin is the co-owner and managing partner of M.L. Zager P.C., and a partner in the law firm of Billig Loughlin & Baer, LLP, both located in Monticello. He serves as an Executive Committee member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Middletown and Sullivan County, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Sullivan County Bar Association.
