Sept 3, 2010 - Harris, N.Y. - Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC) teamed up with New Hope Community to donate 80 packs of back to school supplies to be distributed to children in need throughout Sullivan County. The packs included backpacks, folders, notebooks, rulers and more, and the supplies were obtained through donations from CRMC employees and New Hope Community vendors. The packs were assembled by New Hope Community residents and will be distributed to local school districts. New Hope Community (NHC), Inc. provides support and advocacy for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and their families. Since 1975, NHC, Inc. has been a pioneer in individualized supports and continues to innovate in search of best practice for those served.
