Catskill Regional Medical Center Introduces Redesigned and Patient Friendly Website
HARRIS, N.Y. (June 9, 2016) – As Catskill Regional Medical Center continues to improve the health of our community, the hospital has officially launched a newly re-designed web site.
The web site redesign is more than just a change in the “look” of the old web site. It is a major step in an ongoing effort to improve the user experience of the web site, its search engine prevalence, mobile usability, as well as the comprehensiveness and relevance of site content.
Each day, approximately 1,300 people visit Catskill Regional’s web site. The new web site is even more accessible to the community, better displays the capabilities of the hospital, and spotlights hospital experts.
Executive Director of Public Relations and Marketing, Rob Lee, said “Our fresh design and simple navigation helps our patients and their families quickly get the information they need. The web site is especially easy to navigate on a mobile device and makes it simple to find information about hospital services or learn about the many specialties our Medical Group offers.”
The new web site also offers patients secure on-line access to portions of their medical records. It enables patients to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about their health. Patients can view their health summary from the MyChart electronic health record, view test results, access trusted health information resources, and pay their bill online.
The web site was designed by Focus Media of Goshen, New York.
A member of the Greater Hudson Valley Health System, Catskill Regional Medical Center is dedicated to providing the highest quality health care to residents in the Sullivan County region. For more information about Catskill Regional, call 845-794-3300 or visit http://www.crmcny.org.
