CRMC ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES – 12/08/2011
December 8, 2011 – Harris, N.Y. – Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC) recently announced the appointment of Neal Turcotte as its Director of Environmental Services. Turcotte, a Crothall Healthcare Services employee, will be responsible for all housekeeping services at CRMC and will report directly to James Caffrey, Assistant Vice President, Facilities Management.
Prior to joining CRMC, Turcotte was Housekeeping Director at A. O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta, N.Y. While there, he scored perfect in surveys for both the 2009 Joint Commission and the 2011 NYS Department of Health assessments. As a seasoned environmental leader, Turcotte was instrumental in implementing Crothall’s “10-Step Cleaning Process Challenge” staff training program to improve hospital cleanliness.
