4TH ANNUAL THUNDER BLOOD BOWL COMING TO ROCK HILL – 01/21/2010
Liberty, New York (January 20, 2010) – Thunder 102, The American Red Cross and Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC) are once again sponsoring the Thunder Blood Bowl to help facilitate local blood donations for the American Red Cross. The Thunder Blood Bowl will take place at The Lodge at Rock Hill on Wednesday, January 27th from 1 to 7 pm. The Fourth Annual Thunder Blood Bowl is one of the largest blood donor drives held in Sullivan County and its surrounding communities. There will be hourly giveaways and each donor will receive discount coupons from Dutch’s Tavern and Café, and The Lodge at Rock Hill. Donors are registered to win a Super Bowl party for ten, provided by The Eldred Preserve. The winner will be announced on January 28th during Ciliberto & Friends. “The response of our listeners to the needs of others in Thunder Country has been phenomenal,” commented Paul Ciliberto, New York Market Manager and host of Ciliberto & Friends, “we are humbled by the acts of kindness by our ThunderHeads.” Thunder 102 and its parent company, Bold Gold Media Group, were honored in 2007 as Outstanding Sponsor of the Year for their work with the American Red Cross Blood Services. Thunder 102 asks its listeners to support the American Red Cross by giving blood at local blood drives. In addition, the Thunder 102 American Red Cross Minute keeps its listeners apprised of upcoming blood drives, which helps raise awareness for the need for blood donation throughout its listening area. The 4th Annual Thunder Blood Bowl comes to The Lodge at Rock Hill on Wednesday, January 27th from 1 to 7 pm. The Lodge is located at 283 Rock Hill Drive.
