Chief Financial Officer
Experience in managing regulatory and reimbursement requirements is needed, along with a strong background of Accounting Standards. The Candidate must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial employees. A Bachelor of Science in Accounting is required, along with a minimum of five years progressively responsible accounting/fiscal management experience in a hospital or healthcare system, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities include processing and overseeing the day to day handling of all applications and related functions for Medical Staff appointment and reappointment. Qualified candidates must have a full working knowledge of Medical Staff credentialing requirements, to include JCAHO, State, Federal and other regulatory agency standards. Associates Degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years medical staff credentialing experience required.
Medical Technologist
Full time - Primarily night shift with occasional evenings
Qualified candidates must have NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist license
MRI Technologist
Full time - Night Shift, 3 twelve hour shifts 8a -8p, Thursday - Saturday

REWARDS & RECOGNITION PROGRAMS~
Rewards & Recognition Committee Awards:
Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year are chosen from nominations submitted by staff, visitors and patients. The awards demonstrate appreciation to employees who regularly go beyond the requirements of their positions to help patients. The awards are presented to our very special employees at quarterly hospital-wide parties.
Annual Employee Recognition Dinner:
This event is held each year at a local restaurant to honor employees with 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25+ years of service. Dining and dancing the night away followed by award presentations.
Annual Holiday Party:
Employees and guests are invited to this event held at a local establishment.
National Hospital Week, National Nurses' Week and National Nursing Home Week:
CRMC recognizes National Hospital Week, Nurses' Week and Nursing Home Week with a variety of events that honor employees for their dedication to the health care profession. Events include pizza parties, afternoon teas, prize drawings, gift giveaways and breakfasts, BBQ lunches and dinners served to staff by administration and department heads. All departments are encouraged to celebrate their own recognition weeks in addition to the hospital-wide events.
WELLNESS PROGRAMS ~
Complementary Medicine Programs: Complementary Medicine Programs, including Hatha Yoga and T'ai Chi, are available to both the staff and the public. For information on dates and times of our programs, please call 845-794-3300, extension 2135.
Woodland Wildlings Garden: This civic beautification project sponsored by the Sullivan County Garden Clubs includes rock gardens, a Japanese garden, woodland paths, nature trails, wild flowers and seed berries. The Garden provides a restful place for employees, patients and visitors
