CRMC's Adult Day Care Program provides:

Hot, nutritional lunches and snacks
Transportation to the center
Visits to doctors

Showers and other personal care services

Payment/Reimbursement

The Adult Day Program offers clients affordable rates.  Medicaid and private pay cover medical adult day services.  The program offers free case management services to help you apply for needed services including Medicaid, food stamps, Social Security Insurance, senior housing and all personal care services.
