ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT

PI / RISK MANAGEMENT

Assistant Vice President of Performance Improvement and Risk Management

In this highly visible role, working closely with clinical and administrative teams, you will have responsibility of the overall administration and management of a healthcare systems PI functions & RM programs.

Qualified candidates must have thorough knowledge of Joint Commission Standards and other regulatory requirements, working knowledge of current PI tools including FEMA, a proven track record of implementing measurable and successful performance improvement activities, and the ability to motivate staff at all levels to establish and meet PI goals.

B.S. in Nursing or other appropriate clinical field, minimum of 5 years experience in PI/Risk Mgmt in a hospital or healthcare system required.
M.A. and CPHQ preferred.

AUDIOLOGIST

REHAB. DEPARTMENT

Contractual position for a NYS Licensed Audiologist. Half a day to one day per week. Day hours. Monday - Friday. One year experience preferred.

CALLICOON CAMPUS

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Per Diem NYS licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) needed for sub-acute rehab (Swing Bed) program at our Callicoon, NY location.  Varied day hours.  Monday - Friday. Geriatrics experience required.

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT -SKILLED NURSING UNIT

FT  Rotating Shift- 7a - 3p/3p -11p + every 3rd weekend

PT .4 ~ Days (every 3rd weekend off)

PT .6 ~ Days  ~ Varied Shifts and Days (off every 3rd weekend)

PT .8    7a-3p - (every third weekend off)

CURRENT NYS CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

LPN-SKILLED NURSING UNIT

Per Diem LPN needed for our Skilled Nursing Unit.  Long Term Care a plus!  Varied hours, varied days.

MDS COORDINATOR

Wonderful opportunity for a NYS licensed RN with a minimum of two years experience as a staff nurse in long-term care.  PRI certified and knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding long-term care & resident assessment required.

Full Time in our Surgeons Office. Monday - Friday, Varied hours. Some weekend call required. 

Requirements: Must be licensed as a nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of New York.  2 - 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.  CPR and ACLS certified. Must have competency in clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem solving.  Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills.

Per Diem. Various days & hours including weekends.                     Graduation from AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology. ARRT registered/N.Y.S. licensed. 2-3 years of practical experience preferred.

RADIOLOGY/CARDIOPULMONARY

REGISTRAR

Per Diem. Various days & hours.                                             Knowledge of medical terminology. Type at least 69 words per minute. 1 year of secretarial or general clerical experience. Must be computer literate

SECURITY

SECURITY OFFICER

Full time. Various hours/days.   Security experience preferred.  New York State Security Officer License preferred.  Clean drivers license & 8-hour course required. Crisis intervention training preferred.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Full time - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm - May vary
B.S. degree in Accounting Required.  CPA or Masters course work preferred.  Ability to perform basic functions on desk calculator. Two years experience in accounting or bookkeeping is required.  Experience in a health care environment desirable but not required.
