Mr. Kuriger was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC) in 2011. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations of CRMC’s campuses in Harris and Callicoon, as well as all off-site locations.
Mr. Kuriger has more than 30 years of senior hospital administration experience. Prior to joining CRMC, he served as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer/Corporate Responsibility Officer at Seton Health System in Troy, N.Y. His career has included senior leadership positions at Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, N.H., Stamford Health System in Stamford, Conn., and Bradley Memorial Hospital in Southington, Conn.
Mr. Kuriger is a graduate of Tufts University in Medford, Mass., and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut in Stamford and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Mass. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Dr. Panzarino oversees the Hospitalist Program, Physician Services, Employed Physicians, Case Management and Medical Staff office at CRMC.
Dr. Panzarino has a long career in academic, clinical and administrative psychiatry including faculty appointments to the University of Colorado, Harvard Medical School, University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and University of California San Diego (UCSD). He is an examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (APA). He maintains a clinical practice in association with other mental health professionals in Monticello, N.Y.
Dr. Panzarino graduated from Yale College and Yale Medical School. He completed his Internship and Chief Residency at the University of Colorado. He also has a certificate in Business Administration from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

Mrs. Gentile recently joined the executive staff at CRMC where she oversees all nursing care services departments as well as the Bio-Chemical Dependency Unit, Mental Health Unit, Nursing Administration office and Nursing at the Grover M. Hermann Hospital in Callicoon.
Prior to joining CRMC, Mrs. Gentile served as acting Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer at Newton Memorial Hospital in Newton, N.J. where she was in charge of the Patient Care Services Program. Among her responsibilities was the oversight of nursing care compliance with national regulatory agencies including The Joint Commission.
Mrs. Gentile's health care experience also includes her roles as Director of Women's & Children's Services and as Manager of Neonatal Intensive Care at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, N.Y. She also worked as a Perinatal Clinical Nurse Specialist at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
Mrs. Gentile earned her Master of Nursing degree from Lewis University. Additionally, she has earned registered nurse certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA), American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), University of Chicago, and the American Nurses Association (ANA). Mrs. Gentile is a member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN), American Nurses Association (ANA), and Sigma Theta Tau, the international honor society of nursing.

Mrs. Orr was promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President, Professional Services in August 2009 and oversees the Radiology, Cardiopulmonary, Laboratory, Rehabilitative Services and Physician Practices departments at CRMC. Mrs. Orr is a highly skilled career professional with more than 19 years practical and management experience in hospital, specialty office and family health center environments.
Mrs. Orr has been a staff member of CRMC her entire career and has held several management positions with growing responsibility, including Nurse Manager of the Women’s Health Center, Clinical Operations Manager for Physician Practices, and Director of Physician Practices. Orr holds an Associates Degree in Nursing from Sullivan County Community College, and is currently working towards a Masters Degree in Nursing Program Leadership and Management from Western Governors University. Mrs. Orr is a current member of the American Academy of Medical Management and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Mr. McGuirk joined CRMC in November 2009 as Director of Marketing & Public Relations. He oversees all of the hospital’s marketing and public relations functions at the main campus in Harris, the Grover M. Hermann Hospital in Callicoon and all offsite locations. In addition, Mr. McGuirk also manages CRMC’s community outreach programs.
During his 15 years as a marketing professional, Mr. McGuirk has worked in several marketing and business development capacities for local and global firms. Most recently, he held the position of Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications with Endurance Services Limited, a publicly-traded company, developing its global advertising and public relations campaigns. Previously, Mr. McGuirk was the Assistant Vice President of Marketing for Irwin Siegel Agency in Rock Hill, N.Y., where he led all marketing activities for the national company which specializes in insurance and risk management services for the social services field. His experience also encompasses marketing management positions for several dot-com companies.
Mr. McGuirk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y.

Mr. Caffrey joined CRMC in January 2011 as Assistant Vice President of Facilities. He oversees CRMC's Engineering, Maintenance, Food Service, Environmental Services, Security, Communications, Bio-Medical Engineering, Laundry, Grounds Departments and the Environment of Care Committee. Additionally, Mr. Caffrey is the hospital's Safety Officer.
Prior to joining CRMC, Mr. Caffrey served as Vice President, Administrative Services for Wyoming Valley Health Care System in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., where he was responsible for Plant Operations/Maintenance, Engineering, Construction, Incinerator, Safety and Security, Biomedical, Communications, Courtesy and Transport Service, Laundry, Environmental Services and Dietetics. Mr. Caffrey brings 30 years of Facilities Management and Administrative experience to CRMC.
Mr. Caffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management and Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. He holds Fellowship status in the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager through the American Society for Healthcare Engineering. Mr. Caffrey is also a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, and sits on the Advisory Board of Business Administration at Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke, Pa.

Mrs. McKoy was promoted to the position of Administrator of Performance Improvement in May 2010, and is responsible for facilitating quality throughout CRMC through regulatory oversight, risk management, and performance improvement projects and initiatives. During her 14 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, 11 being at CRMC, Mrs. McKoy has held several positions with growing responsibility, most recently holding the position of Director of Staff Development.
Mrs. McKoy has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, N.Y., and has completed a Legal Nurse Consultant Course. She has recently worked as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor for the Sullivan County Community College LPN-RN Bridge Program.

Mr. Nowicki joined CRMC in February 2011 as Director of Human Resources. He oversees Human Resources and Labor Relations at the main campus in Harris, the Grover M. Hermann Hospital in Callicoon and all off-site locations. Mr. Nowicki’s responsibilities include the planning, development and implementation of the Human Resources function including employee and labor relations.
Prior to joining CRMC, Mr. Nowicki worked in several different industries including health care, telecommunications, retail, distribution and banking, and has more than 30 years of experience in management. He is currently certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and has an extensive background in information systems. Additionally, Mr. Nowicki was formerly a Certified Computing Professional (CCP) and has taught as an adjunct instructor at SUNY Orange County Community College (OCCC) in Middletown, N.Y.
Mr. Nowicki holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., where he graduated with honors. He also has an associate degree in Business Management from SUNY OCCC.

Ms. Kotzker joined CRMC in June, 2011 as Skilled Nursing Unit Administrator. She oversees day-to-day operations of CRMC's Skilled Nursing Unit, which includes long-term care, short-term rehabilitation and an adult day care program.
Prior to joining CRMC, Ms. Kotzker served as Administrator of the Northern Metropolitan Residential Health Care Facility in Rockland County, where she held overall operational responsibility for its 120-bed skilled nursing facility. During her tenure there, she increased the census, decreased expenses and launched several successful programs for both staff and residents.
Faith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from SUNY Plattsburg, a Master of Public Administration degree from Long Island University with a Certification in Gerontology and is a NYS Licensed Nursing Health Care Administrator. Additionally, Faith is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators and an Alzheimer’s Association Hudson Valley Region Board Member.

Mr. Bojo recently joined the executive staff at CRMC as Grover M. Hermann Hospital Administrator, Administrator of Patient Care Services and Emergency Manager, and is responsible for both the oversight of day-to-day operations of the Grover M. Hermann Hospital, the operations within the Nursing Department and the management of the CRMC disaster preparation, response and recovery plans. During his 16 years of experience at CRMC, Mr. Bojo has held several positions with growing responsibility, such as Grant Director, Clinical Director of the Emergency Department and Director of Infection Control.
Mr. Bojo attended Binghamton University in Binghamton, N.Y., and has a Bachelor of Science in nursing and certifications in NYS EMT, Professional Development Emergency Management, Fire Fighter 1, Haz Mat Technician and ICS 400. He is also the Deputy Coordinator of the Delaware County Office of Emergency Services and a member of the Hancock Fire Department and the Hancock Rescue Squad.
